Prepare to apply
- Review the admission requirements found on the individual program webpage. All students applying to the School of Continuing Studies programs must be proficient in English.
- Gather any necessary supporting documents listed in admission requirements.
- Ensure you have a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for the non-refundable application fee of $104.42.

Please note that as of Summer 2025, we are moving from the current student information system (Minerva) to our new Admissions Portal.
Winter 2025
How to Submit Supporting Documents
Upon completing your online application, you will receive a confirmation email with a McGill ID number and a 6-character PIN (Personal Identification Number). 24 - 48 hours after receiving your email confirmation, you may begin to upload your supporting documents by logging into Minerva.
Summer 2025
How to Submit Supporting Documents
Once your application is submitted, wait 10 to 15 minutes while the system processes the payment. Go to the my applications tab in the top menu, select your active applications, and begin documents in the uploader. [Link to SCS instruction video]
