Sertoli cell counting. 
Staging techniques. Fixation, H&E, PAS, Plastic Sections, Transmission EM. Introduction to Aperio Digital Imaging.

Labs
Staging rat and mouse seminiferous tubules in paraffin sections stained with PAS-Hematoxylin and Hematoxylin and Eosin.
Staging human seminiferous tubules in paraffin sections stained with H&E.
