Fees

Please note that the GCHM and IMHL programs are not affected by the Fall 2023 announcements from the Quebec government regarding tuition increases.

Fees for the GCHM will be approximately CAN$20,000* based on University ancillary fees.

  • A non-refundable deposit of CAN$2,000 is required to confirm your acceptance and in order to reserve a place in the program.  This will be applied in its entirety to the first tuition payment.
  • The tuition bill will be based on the registration for the term and can vary depending on the number of credits assigned to that term.
  • Tuition payments are typically due one month after registration for each term, both Winter and Summer.  Generally, this means the first tuition payment is due at the end of January and the second payment due at the end of May.  These dates are subject to change.
  • A further breakdown of the GCHM tuition fees can be found using the McGill Student Accounts Fee Calculator.

*Note: fees are subject to change

Scholarships and Financial Aid

The GCHM is a private, self-funded program and there are no scholarships available at this time. We encourage applicants to explore the possibility of shared financial support with their employers, to form a partnership in order to further develop their education and healthcare management skills.

The GCHM program is NOT eligible for financial assistance through the Quebec government’s Aide financière aux études (AFE) and, consequently, does NOT qualify for government aid programs in other Canadian provinces. More information on the AFE eligibility and other government funding for private programs is available through the McGill Scholarship and Student Aid Office.  Applicants are responsible for verifying any loan eligibility before the start of the program and have funding established prior to the start of the program.

The GCHM program is NOT eligible for the McCall MacBain Scholarship program.

Funding must be established prior to the start of the program. Please inform our office if a third-party sponsor will be providing you with financial support.

McGill University is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. McGill honours, recognizes and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which we meet today.
