RICHARD SILVER: Dialogue McGill welcomes new senior consultant

Dialogue McGill is proud to announce that Richard Silver will act as coordinator of Retention Program’s activities with Greater Montreal community networks.

A retired lawyer, Richard Silver holds a master in Law from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is a member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec where he was successively, from 2001 to 2018, assistant secretary, acting secretary, registrar and legal advisor. Throughout his career, he was directly involved in matters of access to health-care and social services for English-speaking Quebecers, including at the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux in the 1990's.

As senior consultant within Dialogue McGill team, Richard Silver will also develop partnerships with professional orders related to social services and will be involved in complex social and community issues.

Gail Hawley-McDonald remains responsible for relations with community networks from all Quebec regions other than Greater Montreal.
