Set up internships that will allow for: the development of English-language services and outreach; the creation of recruiting pools for opening positions; the development of techniques for language-specific approaches to minority populations; the development of a base for understanding social realities of Anglophones in the East of the Montreal Island; and the transfer of expertise to certain sectors.
