How can your group use Cellphilm production to make community?

The organizers of this year’s International Cellphilm Festival invite submissions that explore how you and your community envision making community.

Submissions should be no more than 90 seconds long and should be uploaded to YouTube. Along with your YouTube link, submit a 200-300 word write-up that includes the film's title and country of origin, the names of all co-producers, and a short description of how your group went about creating the Cellphilm and the film’s connection to this year’s theme.
