Course Lectureships

The Department of East Asian Studies is looking for instructors to teach or co-teach the following courses during the  Summer 2019 term:

EAST 240 Sec 001 and 002: First Level Japanese

In accordance with new guidelines, the stipend for the Summer 2019 term is $8220 per 3 credit course.. McGill University is committed to equity in employment and diversity. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority.  Assessment of applicants will be based on previous teaching experience, higher degrees and pertinence of areas of specialization, experience of field research, quality of the course outline (for literature courses only; language courses will follow the syllabus established by the Department), and quality of the academic record.
