Transatlantic Political Economy Conference (T-PEC)
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, HEC Montréal, King’s College London, McGill University, and the Centre for the Study of Democratic Citizenship are co-organizing a workshop on Political Economy.
Thisedition will be held in Montreal at the campuses of HEC Montréal and McGill University on 25-26 October 2024.
The conference will provide a platform for researchers to discuss new research and identify areas for further academic and policy-oriented work. Both theoretical and empirical contributions are welcome.
Each paper will have a dedicated discussant, followed by open-floor discussions. The event will be kept small to facilitate thorough interactions and in-depth paper deliberation. The conference features a keynote speech by Nathan Nunn (Vancouver School of Economics).
Please note :
- The event will be held in person.
- There is no registration fee.
- The organizers may be able to cover accommodation costs for junior scholars.
- An invitation-only conference dinner will be hosted on 25 October 2024.
