Do you want to adopt a healthier lifestyle?

Would you like to be more active physically?

The mission and goals of the Kinesiology Clinic are in line with the philosophy of the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education where we aim to:

  • Advance and translate knowledge about sport, physical activity and human health across the lifespan
  • Train leaders of tomorrow through excellence in teaching, research and service

Launched at the beginning of 2018, the Kinesiology Clinic is one of the most recent additions to the BSc Kinesiology program, intended to offer students valuable practical experience in a state-of-the-art facility while, at the same time, providing the community with various exercise and physical activity opportunities which are led by students from our department.

Under the supervision of Kinesiology professors, our students will practice techniques in exercise evaluation, prescription and programming, activity leadership, gait analysis, ergonomics, motivation and sports psychology, as well as targeted interventions, to a wide population that ranges from healthy individuals to varsity athletes, as well as those with specials needs.

  • Through the participation in Kinesiology Clinic offerings, you will help train the students in our program as they help train you!
