How to Apply
McGill student not currently employed at McGill University, must apply via external postings. The website will direct you to create a Workday account. Please note, you must use a personal email address when creating this account. Do not use @mail.mcgill.ca or @mcgill.ca email addresses.
If you are an active McGill employee (i.e.: currently in an active contract or position at McGill University), do not apply through the Career Site. Login to your McGill Workday account and apply using the Find Jobs report (type Find Jobs in the search bar and search for "EBOH Fall 2024 TA").
Important Note for International Students
International students must have a valid Canadian Social Insurance Number to apply for a position as teaching assistant (or other employment on campus). To apply for a Social Insurance Number, you will need to present your Visa/Study Permit and a McGill Employment Contract (printed on McGill letterhead) at your local Service Canada Centre. Please contact 514-398-6034 to obtain the necessary Employment Contract.
