Construction Start: Sylvan Adams Sports Science Institute
McGill University has mandated Construction PCL Inc. to carry out the following project: Pine Avenue #527, 523, 517, 515 and 509 / 19-172 – Sylvan Adams Sports Sciences Institute
The project consists of redeveloping four row houses McGill University owns on Pine Avenue to welcome the newly-created Sylvan Adams Sports Science Institute.

Planned construction end date: December 2024
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Should special arrangements need to be made for overnight or weekend work, these will be coordinated and announced with proper notice, in advance.
Scope of work: The construction work will include the interior renovation of the row houses located on Pine Avenue (#527, 523, 517, and 515), the exterior restoration of their façades, and the construction of a new three-story extension at the back of these houses, which along that of Pine #509, will be demolished. The Institute will house training and research facilities for triathlon athletes (running, cycling, and swimming), as well as support areas such as offices, meeting rooms, washrooms, and locker rooms.
