PCard Reconciliation in MOPS - Deadline for October Transactions

The deadline to reconcile transactions in MOPS, with a transaction processing date of October, is November 20th.

Further to the memo sent on September 25, 2019, Minerva (including MOPS – PCard menu) will be unavailable from Friday, November 22nd at noon until Tuesday, November 26th at noon. FFMs/PIs/Delegates that would normally have until Monday, November 25th to approve PCard transactions, will only have until Friday, November 22nd noon to approve these transactions. We ask that PCard Reconcilers make an effort to approve PCard transactions much earlier than the final reconciliation date of Wednesday, November 20th.
