Effective December 7th, 2022- Automated Control will be implemented in MOPS

Dear Colleagues,

Effective December 7th, 2022, the following automated control will be implemented in MOPS: a PCard Transaction can no longer be reconciled without an uploaded document.

Please note: the automated control will oblige the Reconciler to upload a document, but MOPS will not recognize if the uploaded document is a proof of purchase. It is still the Reconciler’s responsibility to upload a valid proof of purchase that includes the name of the supplier, full description of what was purchased and the amount.
