30 avril 2024 - Version 3.9: Addition of PR1.3 "McGill University is not permitted to pay non-McGill students directly...", and PR2.2 now indicates how to pay non-McGill students for awards/prizes.
26 janvier 2024 - Version 3.8 section PR1.2 updated with second bullet point (invoices billed to McGill University).
25 septembre 2023: Version 3.7: Ajout du Tableau des demandes de paiement ou des canaux d'approvisionnement (bon de commande/carte d'achat sous la rubrique PR2.1. La rubrique PR2.3 inclut maintenant les paiements en fiducie aux cabinets d'avocats et aux notaires.
31 juillet 2023: Version 3.6: Mise à jour de PR2.1 et addition de PR2.2 clause distincte pour les paiements aux sociétés/entreprises a été ajoutée
