These workshops are only available to FRSL students.
What
Conversation workshops aim to develop your oral skills in an informal setting through playful communicative activities related to your course objectives.
When
Workshops will take place for eight weeks from September 23d to November 22nd. *No workshop from October 14th to October 18th (reading week)
Where
These workshops will take place in person. The location will be provided in your confirmation email when you register.
When to register
Registration will open on Friday, September 20th.
Although registration will remain open throughout the semester, we strongly advise that you register as early as possible since spots are limited.
You can register, change or cancel your registration up to 24 h before the workshop.
How to register
- Click on the level you are currently enrolled below.
- Register for each workshop you wish to attend in Acuity up to 24 h prior. You will receive a confirmation email with the information pertaining to your workshop.
- You may only register ONCE a week as workshops are repeated throughout the week.
- If your professor requires a certain number of attendance to workshops, note that multiple attendances to workshops happening during the same week will only count as one attendance (as workshops are repeated throughout the week)

FAQ
The only time slots I am available for are full, can I still register for them?
No, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Students who have a schedule conflict with all available time slots offered have to provide their professor (not the monitrice nor the administration) with an official written justification in order to take advantage of alternatives activities.
Can I change to another section if I am unavailable on a certain date?
Yes, you may do so up to 24h before the workshop. Students who can’t attend a session have to provide their professor (not the monitrice nor the administration) with an official written justification in order to take advantage of alternatives activities.
Oops! I made a mistake, can I change my registration?
Schedule changes are possible up to 24h before the workshop. There will be a “Change/Cancel Registration” link at the bottom of your confirmation email (see below).
Will I lose points if I don’t attend conversation workshops?

Where can I find the meeting information link of my conversation workshop?
The information pertaining to your workshop will be provided in the confirmation email you receive when you sign up. Please keep this email for future reference.
