Download Branded Assets

McGill's Visual Identity provides faculty and staff with downloadable resources such as McGill logos, fonts, and branded templates. You may also submit a request for custom social media avatars and request logos for third party use.

Photography on Campus

The Office of Institutional Communications maintains a collection of stock photos of McGill University. If you wish to access these, you may send a request to the McGill Newsroom

If a project requires you to take photos or film on McGill premises, you must inform the info.communications [at] mcgill.ca (Media Relations Office). Please consult McGill's Consent and Safety Guidelines while planning your photo shoot to ensure that you have the appropriate consent forms and image rights in place. The Office of Institutional Communications also maintains a list of freelance photographers
