D2 is a web-based interface for Documentum (software application used by McGill for CMS), which enables us to manage, store, track and deliver information, content and documents within a single repository.

This hands-on workshop is for staff who have to learn how to use D2 for student records. It provides an overview of the main features of the D2 interface and covers the following for student documents (e.g. admission, school, student): search, view, edit (check out and check in of a document), annotate a PDF, import, versions, properties and subscribe.
