D2 is a web-based interface for Documentum (software application used by McGill for CMS), which enables us to capture, manage, store, track and deliver information, content and documents within a single repository.

This hands-on workshop is for Financial and Student Accounts staff who need to learn how to use D2. It provides an overview of the main features of the D2 interface and covers the following for financial documents: search, view, edit (check out and check in of a document), annotate a PDF, import, versions, properties and subscribe.
