Philosophy of the K.E.E.P Lab
Dr. Thomas strives to foster a culture of participation, integration, and critical thinking in her lab. The lab environment encourages the sharing of ideas, team problem-solving and decision-making. Leveraging the diverse skills and experiences of lab members contributes to her students’ success. To achieve this, lab meetings are held monthly, in conjunction with journal clubs.
