This form is for students who require an attestation letter from the SAO for their Law Society of British Columbia, Law Society of Ontario, Barreau du Québec, NY Bar, or other Licensing body's applications and/or examinations. This is not the form to use if you are requesting a general attestation; the Request for Attestation Letter form can be found here.
