A measurement-based system for monitoring and structuring routine mental healthcare appointments has been recommended for the First Episode Psychosis (FEP) program, but has not yet been fully implemented. We aim to fill this implementation gap with the introduction of DIALOG+, a digital shared decision-making and monitoring tool that operates between a clinician and service user on an easy to use tablet computer. We aim to simultaneously investigate the implementation and maintenance of DIALOG+, while also assessing its impact and effectiveness on user outcomes.
