Brain Developmental Expression Portal (Braindex) is an open source portal for exploring a published single-cell gene expression atlas of the developing mouse brain (Jessa et al., Nature Genetics 2019). This web based application includes over twenty different visualizations, several of which may be downloaded in PDF file format for use in publications and presentations.

This app is developed and maintained by the Kleinman lab and it is released under the GNU Public License (GPL 3.0). Most of its current content was generated by Selin Jessa and Bhavyaa Chandarana.
