MUHC Lymphedema LE&RN Network of Excellence

In 2021 the Lymphedema Program, McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) was designated a LE&RN Network of Excellence. The MUHC Lymphedema Program is a hub whose partners include the Plastic Surgery Divisions of the MUHC and of Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital, the Lymphedema Association of Quebec, and researchers from Concordia University.

What it means to be a Center of Excellence

Where you see a LE&RN Centers of Excellence logo, you know you are visiting an institution that sets the highest standard for best practice multidisciplinary care in the management and care of lymphatic diseases.

All institutions designated as a Center of Excellence have been evaluated by international leaders in an extensive review process.

About LE&RN

Founded in 1998, the Lymphatic Education & Research Network is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to fight lymphatic disease and lymphedema through education, research, and advocacy. LE&RN provides valuable educational resources for the millions of people who suffer from lymphedema and lymphatic disease. LE&RN fosters and supports research that can deepen the medical community's understanding of the lymphatic system.

LE&RN Centers of Excellence (COE) provide a geographically diverse network of multidisciplinary clinical care and service centers for individuals and families affected by lymphatic diseases (LD).
