Deadline for final abstract and report
Final abstracts and reports are due by Friday, September 1, 2023.
Please note that both the abstract and report are requirements of the bursary program. Failure to submit this documentation by the above deadline will put the student's funding at risk of being revoked. If program requirements are not fulfilled, future applications for funding will not be considered.

Please refer to the final abstract guidelines and form to use below. If need be, ask your supervisor for help when completing the different sections of the form.

Final report
Final reports will be reviewed by the Faculty's Student Research Committee in order to select the best written report prize winners for the Summer 2023 Research Bursary Program. The top 3 prize winners will be announced at the Student Research Day event being held in November 2023(Details would be confirmed in Fall semester). In order for a student to remain eligible for 1 of these prizes, the final report must conform to the guidelines provided and be submitted by the above deadline. Please refer to the final report guidelines below for more information.

Deadline for supervisor evaluation
Supervisor evaluations are due by Friday, September 1, 2023.
Please note that the evaluation is a requirement of the bursary program. Failure to submit this documentation by the above deadline will put the student's funding at risk of being revoked. If program requirements are not fulfilled, future applications for funding will not be considered.
Supervisors are encouraged to discuss their evaluation and feedback with the student prior to submitting the required form.
Using the form below, supervisors must submit an evaluation of their student's performance. The form must be completed in typed format and saved as StudentLastName_StudentFirstName_S23eval.
In place of a signed hard copy, the evaluation should be submitted electronically from the supervisor's personal email account to submitresearch.med [at] mcgill.ca.

Failure to submit this documentation by the above deadline will exclude the student's final report from being reviewed for Best Report Award and put the student's funding at risk of being revoked.
If program requirements are not fulfilled, please note that future applications for funding will not be considered. For example, students would be ineligible to participate in Winter 2024 Bursary Program. Any offers made to students who have failed to submit this documentation by the deadline will be revoked.
