Air and Space Law

 

The McGill Institute for Air and Space Law offers three advanced academic programs.

  • The Doctor of Law (D.C.L.), a research degree with a comprehensive examination and a doctoral thesis.
  • The Master of Laws (LL.M.), with thesis or non-thesis, of 45 credits
  • The Graduate Certificate in Air and Space Law, a course work program with no thesis and a minimum of 15 credits
