QLS-MiCM Workshops

The QLS-MiCM offers student-led workshops on various computational medicine topics and tools. The workshops feature hands-on and interactive presentations with a focus on exercises and practical computing. Registration can be done through our MyInvolvement Page.

We seek workshop leads and facilitators on various topics in order to provide more workshops on a rolling basis. Interested candidates should fill out this application form and submit it to us at workshop-micm [at] mcgill.ca.

Current Workshop Series

Workshop Attendance for McGill-based graduate students (master's and doctoral) and postdoctoral fellows is subsidized by Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (GPS). All other attendees must purchase a ticket to cover organizational and staffing costs. To complete your registration, you must e-transfer the price of your ticket (non-refundable) to workshop-micm [at] mcgill.ca within 24 hours of RSVP'ing to this event. Unless stated otherwise, all workshops offered by the QLS-MiCM workshops will use the ticket prices outlined in the table below. Please note that payments should only be made once your registration is confirmed and NOT while on the waitlist.

Attendance for non-McGill students and staff

Attendance at all QLS-MiCM events is now open to external participants! Please note that all external participants will be required to pay a registration fee to help cover our operational costs. To complete your registration, you must e-transfer the price of your ticket (non-refundable) to workshop-micm [at] mcgill.ca within 24 hours of RSVP'ing to this event.
