This module is intended for participants with little or no knowledge of French. It focuses on development of essential vocabulary and basic linguistic structures to facilitate simple communication.
This is a 20 week course (full year) at the McGill School of Continuing Studies (Downtown Campus):
From September 10, 2024 to March 20, 2025
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Online practice: 12:00-12:30
Lecture (in person): 12:30 - 13:30 (1h)
Reading breaks: Oct. 15-18, 2024 & March 3-7, 2025

Intensive Beginner (May Version)
To support accelerated development at the beginner level, this module is also offered in the intensive 'May semester' version with an asynchronous prep week and 10 hours of synchronous, in-person activity each week.
