Pride Events

• Sunday August 4 at 4:00 PM: Celebrate Pride! at Christ Church Cathedral Join for their annual Pride celebration as we celebrate God's inclusive love for the world! The service will include music from the Chœur Gai and Ganymède.
• August 11 at 11:30 AM: Jewish Contingent at Montreal Pride Sign up to join the contingent (Jews and non, LGBTQ and allies). Registration mandatory. Meetup starting at 11:30 AM.
• August 11 at 1:00 PM: Montreal Pride Parade The Pride Parade is the Pride Festival's flagship event, an opportunity to celebrate the progress of the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and to highlight their demands.
• August 11 at 11:00 AM: St. James United Annual Outdoor Pride Service Join them for their Annual Outdoor Pride Service. This year with special guest Mikah Meyer.
• Religious groups at Pride: Several local religious communities will be present at the Montreal Pride Parade. Info can be found for the following communities:

• Monday, August 12 at 8:30 PM: Ruelle Shul Tisha B'Av Eicha Reading Brief mincha/ma'ariv followed by outdoor candlelit reading of the Book of Lamentations (Eicha).

• Tuesday, August 13 at 5:45 PM - 7:45 PM: Legend of Destruction - Special Tisha B'Av Program Film screening with Shaar Hashomayim. A tale of the historical event that changed the destiny of the Jewish people: the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 C.E. Run time 93 minutes. Comments by Rabbi Fishman to follow.
