Have you had a "lazy eye" since childhood?
Did you wear a patch as a child?
Do you live in the Montreal area?
Amblyopia or "lazy eye" is a condition in which one eye is weaker than the other because of some optical defect or misalignment. McGill Vision Research Unit (L11.112 Montreal General Hospital) is looking for persons with a history of lazy eye to be participants in vision experiments. Participation in most experiments will involve viewing computer controlled monitor displays. We also have some experiments that take place in brain scanners.
Participants will be compensated according to the type of experiment involved.

Unité de recherche sur la Vision de l'université McGill (L11.112 l'Hôpital général de Montréal), le Département d'Ophthalmologie de l'Hôpital général de Montréal recherche de personnes avant suffert de la maladie de l'oeil paresseux. Ces personnes participeront à des tests informatisés d'une durée approximative 1 à 2 heures par test.
Les personnes seront rémunérées pour leur participation.
