The Bachelor of Nursing (Integrated) (BNI) Program is designed for students who completed their 180 A.0 Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) in Nursing from CEGEP within the past five (5) years. Building on your knowledge base, our strengths-based, family centred perspective will strengthen your critical thinking skills and prepare you for the varied roles expected of a baccalaureate nurse.
Consisting of 65 credits, this full-time program is offered over a period of two years (5 semesters). A three-year part-time option is also available.
Overview
The five-year Integrated Nursing Program allows graduates of the 180.A0 DEC to complete a bachelor’s degree in two years. Developed in partnership with anglophone CEGEPs (Dawson College, John Abbott College, Vanier College, Heritage College, Champlain Lennoxville and Champlain Saint-Lambert Colleges), the program builds on the college foundation while delivering an integrated and streamlined university component.
Our nursing, science and clinical courses will prepare you to work in any hospital, community or public setting and to pursue graduate studies. Focused clinical and theory courses lay a strong foundation in community and acute/critical care nursing.
