Biography: While she hails from London (Ontario), Kira mostly considers herself a devoted McGillian. After completing her BA at McGill, she began working at Teaching and Learning Services and went on to do her Master of Arts in McGill’s Department of Integrated Studies in Education.

Now at the Office of Science Education, she has the pleasure of supporting a number of student-facing initiatives, incorporating her passion for mental health promotion, institutional process improvement, and teaching and learning rooted in empathy, equity, and sustainability. She’s always keen on a chat over coffee, whether it’s about plant-based cooking, D&D, or supporting students and their learning.
