Email: rhonda.amsel [at] mcgill.ca

Biography: Rhonda taught statistics (PSYC 204, PSYC 305) for over 40 years in the Department of Psychology where, before retiring in 2020, she was hired to serve as the consulting statistician to researchers.

Rhonda has supported tens of thousands of students, many of whom once considered statistics to be an impossible hurdle to overcome. She considers their success to be her success.

Her own research interests lie in health- and education-related areas. Rhonda loves talking to faculty about their experiences in teaching and sharing her own insights and oversights. She spends her spare time working with her dog Rizzo and, when she finds time to sit down, knitting.
