Aihua Liu, Ph.D.

Après avoir terminé mes études doctorales, je me suis jointe à l’équipe du Projet Verglas en tant que statisticienne.  Principalement, mes tâches consistent à gérer les bases de données, à analyser les données, à interpréter les résultats et à collaborer à l’écriture de  manuscrits.  Je travaille avec mes superviseurs et collègues du projet à étudier l’influence du stress prénatal sur le développement des enfants, notamment aux niveaux cognitifs, comportementaux, moteurs et physiques.

J’ai complété mes premières études post-secondaires au Beijing Medical University en Chine où j’ai obtenu un BAC en médecine avec une concentration en médecine préventive.  Motivée par le désir de m’améliorer et d’améliorer ma carrière, je suis venue étudier à l’Université McGill pour faire une maîtrise  et un doctorat au département d’Épidémiologie et de Biostatistiques. Durant mon Doctorat, je me suis intéressée aux problèmes méthodologiques liés aux interactions des tests et des estimations.
