Stress in Pregnancy: Assessing Informational Needs to Improve Services for Pregnant Women (SPARK)

Our team is conducting a project in collaboration with the CHU Sainte-Justine and the CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'île-de-Montréal (Douglas Mental Health University Institute).
It is a study on stress during pregnancy and we are looking for women whose pregnancy and delivery took place in Montreal and who gave birth within the last 3 years.
The ultimate goal of this project is to determine how to better inform pregnant women about the effects of stress during pregnancy on the health and development of their child without stressing them further. The objective is to know the informational needs of expectant mothers.

This research study contains 2 parts:

1. Completion of online questionnaires (about 15 minutes)

And then if you are interested:

2. Interview in French in Montreal at the time and place of your choosing (about 1 hour)

Participants who complete both parts of the study will receive a compensation of $ 20. These women may also receive a transcript of their interview.
