Dr. Hernandez is a population geneticist who analyzes large-scale genetic data to address fundamental questions in biology. His lab develops computational and statistical methods to understand the evolutionary history of human and non-human populations, and to uncover the evolutionary forces that shape the genetic architecture of complex traits.
