In Her Own Words 4: Stories From Distinguished Research Careers
Please join us as three of McGill’s most accomplished women researchers share experiences and advice on advancing a career in academia or academic administration, and what the future holds for their work.
Rosie Goldstein, VP of Research and International Relations, will act as emcee for this event, which will feature a conversation between three highly accomplished women at McGill:
Prof. Antonia Maioni, Department of Political Science and incoming Dean of Arts
Prof. Ghyslaine McClure, Department of Civil Engineering and Associate Provost (Budget and Resources)
Prof. Brigitte Kieffer, Department of Psychiatry; Scientific Director of the Douglas Institute
Principal and Vice-Chancellor Suzanne Fortier will provide opening remarks, and the panelists' conversation will be moderated by Jacquie Rourke, a former broadcast journalist and current audiovisual manager for McGill University. A Q and A will follow the panelists' conversation, and the event will conclude with a networking cocktail reception.
Space is limited, so please RSVP.
