Current research: 

Prof. Mazer’s research focuses on the rehabilitation of adults and children with neurological impairments; specifically, the factors associated with utilization of rehabilitation services, integration into the community, participation in leisure activities, and use of transportation/driving. More recently her research is focused on the factors associated with Long-COVID and the needed rehabilitation services to treat this new condition.  

Current research projects include:

-Development of a screening tool to examine community mobility for young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder

-Rehabilitation services for people with Long-COVID

-Parent involvement in rehabilitation services for young children
