Create a Reassignment

Review the checklist to ensure you have all the information required to create a reassignment successfully.

  1. Search for the existing disbursed award to be reassigned using Minerva's Award Summary/Search menu.
  2. The award details are displayed:
    • Click on the Reassign button.
  3. Type or Search for the “Target Fund”:
    • This is the new funding source for the award.
  4. Enter the specific the date range and/or amount of the payments to be reassigned.
  5. Submit the request:
    • Fund Administrator approval is required if the Target/Source fund is a stipend or agency fund.
  6. Once approval is complete, the reassignment will be processed.
