Well Week

Monday, January 28, 2019toFriday, February 1, 2019

January 28 - February 1 is McGill’s first-ever Well Week: five days filled with activities to shine a spotlight on student mental health and help you take charge of your wellbeing. With help from student groups and offices from across the university, Well Week will offer everything from fitness activities and healthy eating tips to de-stress workshops and opportunities to learn how to support your peers.

We’ll also celebrate Bell Let’s Talk Day on January 30 to raise funds for mental health initiatives. Spread the word to help us end mental illness stigma and grow Bell’s funding for mental health. Bell will donate 5¢ to mental health initiatives across the country for every:

  • Text message, mobile and long-distance call made by Bell customers
  • View of the Bell Let’s Talk Day video on social media
  • Tweet using #BellLetsTalk,
  • Application of the Facebook frame and use of the Snapchat filter.

On Bell Let's Talk Day, visit our tables in the Brown Building and across campus to share your own message about mental health. To learn more, visit bell.ca/letstalk.

McGill University is on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations.
