Student Affairs

• Oversee the management of various Residency Programs within AEC.
• Supervises daily admin operations (onboarding, training etc.)
• Work closely with PDs to ensure smooth operations of various residency programs
• Act as liaison for the residency, graduate and undergraduate medical programs with regards to changes of policies and organizational development
• Maintain regular communication with Undergraduate Medical Education (MDCM) and Post Graduate Medical Education office of the Faculty of medicine (UGME/PGME)
• Act as backup administrative staff if needed
