Design more effective rubrics: Tips for developing assessment criteria

The most important but also the most challenging part of designing a rubric is identifying the criteria to assess. In this video, we share four questions and an example to guide you with designing rubric criteria to effectively assess learning. After you watch the video, review one of your current assessment tasks to see the extent to which you address the four questions.
