Registration fees include all taxes and are in Canadian dollars. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. The registration of participation is binding.

Participants unable to attend the congress after paying the registration fee must provide a written request to receive a refund (less 25% administrative fee) no later than August 31st, 2023. Requests received after this date will not be considered. 

The conference program may be subject to changes.

Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
