Industry/Employer Resources

The Career Management team at Desautels established an EDI Industry Advisory Board that will allow for open dialogue between industry leaders and McGill’s business school, to better understand, support and shape all student experiences as they transition from academic studies to the early stages of their career.

They created the EDI Campus Recruitment Guide, which contains best practices for an employer to consider, and how an organization can make the most EDI impact when it comes to its recruitment goals.
