Ethics and Equity in the Workplace

Designed to help professionals become more ethically minded leaders, the Ethics and Equity in the Workplace Program is comprised of five one-hour modules that cover a broad range of topics at the intersection of ethics in the workplace. Offered in partnership with the Laidley Centre for Business Ethics and Equity, this free lifelong learning opportunity is offered exclusively to McGill University alumni and features the university’s foremost thought leaders in business ethics and equity. In these sessions, you’ll engage with important issues related to workplace equity and ethics. Upon successful completion of all five modules and the capstone evaluation, participants will receive an attestation of completion.

Our first cohort is currently in session and no longer taking registrations. To be notified when our next cohort opens, please complete the expression of interest form linked below.

Note that while our recorded sessions are available on demand via YouTube, you must be registered and successfully complete the evaluation to receive an attestation of completion.

McGill Regional Ethics Bowl

The Laidley Centre is delighted to sponsor the McGill Regional Ethics Bowl. The Ethics Bowl is a critical thinking competition for High School and CEGEP students, focused on real-world ethical issues. As the first Ethics Bowl of its kind in Quebec, the competition expanded ethics education for students in the province. McGill University is the first university to host Ethics Bowls in both French and English.
