Ethics Research I’m Excited About

This event, held once every two years, provides an opportunity for McGill professors from different faculties to showcase how they are incorporating ethics into their state-of-the-art research. It also creates an opportunity for researchers to meet, network and identify potential research synergies and collaborations. Each presenter has 5 minutes to present their research using 3 slides.

Research Seed Grant program

The Laidley Ethics Research Seed Grant Program supports innovative early-stage research on ethical issues in business and society. Through targeted funding, the program enables researchers to explore emerging questions, test new ideas, collect pilot data, and develop interdisciplinary collaborations. Seed grants are intended to generate preliminary findings, strengthen research capacity, and lay the groundwork for larger externally funded projects. Ultimately, the program seeks to foster research that advances scholarship and informs education, policy, and practice.
