I obtained my doctorate at the University of Eskisehir Osmangazi in Turkiye. I worked as a nurse in pediatric wards, pediatric intensive care and other areas from 2007 to 2023. In my doctoral thesis, I developed a mobile application for parents who have children with chronic diseases to adapt to the disease process. I support mobile applied education by taking advantage of technological developments in the field of health. Developed, tested, and integrated into practice in Turkey, we now seek to translate, culturally adapt and evaluate the efficacy of an English and French version of the MEEP for families of children with epilepsy in Canada.

My past performance includes: the publication of 24 articles in peer reviewed journals: 14 as first author, 9 as co-author, and 1 last-author. 22 of her articles have been publish in Turkish leading journals.
