Agilent 6560 Ion Mobility Q-TOF LC/MS

Application: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of oligosaccharides, proteins, peptides, metabolites, etc. Amino acid composition analysis. Ion mobility Q-TOF mode further separates molecule ions based on their shape, maximizes the separation capacity, boosts the sensitivity and provides structure information (collision cross section (CCS)) of molecules.

Instrument parameters:

  • Ionization modes:  ± ES
  • Operating modes: IM-QTOF; Q-TOF only.
  • m/z range: m/z100-10000 extended mass range.

m/z 50-1700 or 50-3200 for both high resolution and extended dynamic range modes.

                                Quadrupole up to m/z 4000.

  • CCS accuracy: <2% (without external standards)
  •  CCS values are derived and calculated without additional calibration standards.
  • Sample inlets: Agilent 1290 UHPLC
