Funding Opportunities
All eligible applicants are encouraged to apply for the Canada Graduate Scholarships before applying to the M.Sc. (Thesis) program. Application deadline December 1st, the value of the scholarship is $27,000 (one year non-renewable).
A number of teaching assistantships may also be available to students enrolled in the M.Sc. program. Positions are announced in early summer (for the Fall term) and during the fall semester (for the Winter term). The appointment process is handled by the Administrative Officer of the School, in Room 204. Research assistantships are also periodically announced by faculty members in the School, students are encouraged to discuss the prospect of research assistantships with their supervisors.
