We’re excited to announce a second annual conference presented by McGill University’s Bensadoun School of Retail Management and Faculty of Engineering in partnership with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team.

F1 2023This year’s conference flows through a series of discussions with professionals from Aston Martin Formula One team and several sponsors, to highlight the winning formula – fans, engineering, and talent – of a successful Formula One team.

Speakers from the Aston Martin Formula One team, Cognizant, Juniper Networks, and Citi will participate in the event to share their expertise. We’re looking forward to bringing McGill students unparalleled access and education from Aston Martin Aramco Formula One team and their sponsors.

Fans play a pivotal role in the team’s success, and the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One team has crafted a unique portfolio of initiatives to bring fans closer to the sport. In this panel, we will discuss how merchandise and fan engagement strategies come together to create these experiences.

Engineering: From Design to the Track: What does it take to manufacture the AMR24 car?

Aston Martin Formula One team has experienced great success in moving up through the field since their re-entrance to the Formula One paddock in 2021. Bringing a car from preliminary design to track-ready is a complex process, and in this Fireside Chat with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One team’s director of operations, we will explore how the AMR24 was brought to life.

Winning the race for a career in STEM – The importance of inclusive recruitment.

A team’s success is not possible without incredible talent. However, what goes into discovering this talent and building a well-rounded organization? Positions in STEM fields are in high demand, so in this segment of the event, we will deconstruct the recruitment process, valuable skills, and experience required for a career in STEM.
