Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

Late arrivals will not be admitted. Comprehensive workshop fees will be charged and you will need to register for another workshop.

In order to cancel your workshop or modify your registration without penalty of a fee, please email workshop.cmarc [at] mcgill.ca at least 48 hours prior to the workshop date and time.

If you do not cancel your registration and you fail to attend the workshop for which you were registered for, comprehensive workshop fees will be charged.

If a given participant is a no-show for two consecutive workshops for which they have received registration confirmation, before allowing a 3rd registration to take place, we will ask the participant to contact their Principal Investigator (PI) and ask that the PI send us a justification for the no-shows.

CMARC reserves the right to cancel any workshop when not enough participants have registered for a given session. Usually, a minimum of 2 participants is required.
